HampTex Capital Partners, LLC provides independent analytical capabilities and full-lifecycle execution services to parties in the AI data center sector. The following clarifies the firm's posture and the limits of the material published on this site.
Not a regulated financial intermediary or licensed trades firm
HampTex does not perform licensed construction work and operates as owner's representative across the build phase, coordinating licensed third parties without performing licensed work itself. The firm does not hold a general contractor, electrical, or mechanical contractor license, a Professional Engineer or registered architect license, a real estate broker license, a securities broker-dealer registration, or a registered investment adviser registration. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation of securities, investment advice, legal advice, or engineering certification.
The Independence Bar
The Six Forces Assessment is the firm's independent analytical product and the one Service Offering that cannot be combined with operational or developer-side work on the same project. It is delivered under the Independent Assessor posture: HampTex receives assessment fees only and holds no operational, developer-side, equity, or contingent interest in the project under assessment. The firm’s other Service Offerings may be engaged together or sequentially without limitation.
Engagement structure
All engagements are governed by a Master Services Agreement and scoped through Statements of Work. The MSA establishes the governing terms across all Service Offerings; each SOW specifies scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, personnel, prerequisites, and engagement-specific terms.
Intellectual property
The Six Forces Framework, the fifteen Force Multipliers, the 81-milestone catalog, the Two Capital Stacks and Three Capital Pools analyses, Shield OS, and associated materials are proprietary to HampTex Capital Partners, LLC. The Factory Model and Data Center as a Service (DCaaS) are industry practices the firm follows; they are not proprietary to HampTex.
